Helen Davey grew up on Sunday Island, a proud Bardi Jawi woman that grew up traditionally and one of the few Bardi Jawi people that are fluent in Bardi.

Helen knows all the islands Cultural names and places as well as stories.

She loves to be out on Country and teach the new generation to keep culture alive.
